About
Dr. Kimberly Lemite is a licensed psychologist and former educator with extensive experience with children, adolescents, and adults across educational and clinical settings. She began her career as a teaching assistant with students on the Autism Spectrum and went on to serve as a School Psychologist in Virginia public schools for over 15 years, providing psychological services, consultation, and assessment within multidisciplinary teams.
For nearly 10 years, she has worked in private practice, specializing in comprehensive psychological evaluations. Her approach integrates thorough assessment with clear, practical recommendations to support academic success, emotional well-being, and everyday functioning at work, home, and everyday life.
Dr. Lemite is known for structured, strengths-based evaluations that translate complex data into understandable, actionable guidance for families, schools, employment.
